Hereby we would like kindly to point out to you that you have the possibility, also in case of private booking of holidays, to take out a travel cancellation insurance.


We can only recommend you the closing because, in case of non-arrival (e.g. due to illness), you have to pay rescission and cancellation fees according to our General Terms and Conditions (point 6).

In order to close such an insurance, you have to go to a travel agency with our booking confirmation including the total booking price , or to an insurance agency, next to your place of domicile, and close a travel cancellation insurance.
